Construction Administration
We offer comprehensive construction administration services, ensuring that project adheres to contractual obligations and is executed with precision. Managing documentation, oversee compliance, handle submittals, and act as a liaison between the owner and contractor to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes. Overseeing the construction projects to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
Project Control
MEGA offers CPM scheduling, earned value analysis, time impact analysis, cost estimating, quality control/assurance, RFI and submittal review, change order management, and risk management.
Project Evaluation and Programming
We conduct feasibility studies, perform alternative analyses, and develop projects tailored to the client’s vision and constraints for large-scale programs.
Transportation Engineering Services
MEGA conducts Traffic Impact Assessments (TIA) for new developments for both private and public developers and deliver comprehensive TIA reports. We perform traffic analysis, including signal timing optimization, using state-of-the-art tools. We also conduct safety audits, identify black spots, and recommend crash countermeasures.
Land Development Services
We offer land development services including performing feasibility studies, obtaining permits, preparing plans, and providing architectural and engineering design for both residential and commercial areas.
Independent Design Review
MEGA offers independent owner’s design review services for design-build projects and constructability review for design-bid-build projects.
